Evron, our CEO/CFO, is the Principal Consultant and CEO of Serengeti, a business development services and marketing research firm, as well as the Project Manager for Corporate Initiative Ghana (CIG), a voluntary efficiency and performance enhancement organization that runs the Ghana Banking Awards.
Evron is a Fellow of the Cambridge Commonwealth Society (UK), an Associate Member of the Market Research Society (UK), the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana, and the Southern Africa Marketing Research Association (SAMRA).
With about twelve years diverse domestic and international experience in Financial Services, Business Intelligence, and Research & Development on client-side and in consulting, Evron’s consultancy interests and expertise cover Strategic Business and Marketing Research, New Product Innovation & Development, Customer Care, Marketing Planning and Implementation, Marketing Communications, Data Mining & Analytics, Financial Planning & Investment, and Business Planning.
Evron has consulted for both international and local clients in Financial Services, FMCGs, and ICT in Ghana, South Africa, and the United Kingdom, including Kew Insurance Services (UK), National Brands (South Africa), Cell C (South Africa), Simba Fritolay (South Africa), Comparex Africa (South Africa), Standard Chartered Bank (Ghana), SPEED Ghana, UNICEF, and First National Savings & Loans.
He was at various times the Associate Director, Marketing Science & Technology, and Associate Director, Best Practice at Research International Ghana. He has also consulted with Research International South Africa. He was also the Research and Marketing Communications Manager at CAL Bank and a member of the Executive Office at Amalgamated Bank where he was the Head of Corporate Affairs.
Evron is an MPhil. graduate in Development Studies from the Department of Land Economy, Cambridge University UK and holds a B.A Hons (First Class) from the University of Ghana, Legon.
Mrs. Comfort Dokosi, Chief Operating Officer
Comfort is the Managing Partner of Rohi Legal Consult, a Law Firm in Accra, Ghana. She holds an LL.B degree from the University of Ghana and a Qualifying Certificate in Law (Barrister-at-Law) from the Ghana School of Law and is an experienced Corporate, Commercial, Industrial, Property, and Business Lawyer.
Previously an Associate at Lexcom Associates, Comfort’s expertise includes the preparation of legal opinions and documents, as well as advising clients on setting up businesses, including the facilitation of the registration of companies.
Comfort also has extensive experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector as a Director and legal advisor to various banks, and company secretary to several companies such Kek Insurance Brokers, Kek Reinsurance Brokers, Gateway Africa Investment Limited, Equity Assurance Limited, Polytex Industries Limited among others.
She is also legal advisor to Regency Alliance Insurance Company, Equity Assurance Limited, Capital Express Assurance Limited, Kek Insurance Brokers Limited, Gateway Africa Investments Limited, Kek Reinsurance Brokers Limited, Polytex Industries Limited, Union Rural Bank Limited, Bawjiase Area Rural Bank Limited, Ayum Forest Products Limited, Endura Ghana Limited, Solomon Investment Ghana Limited, Ghana Registered Midwives Associate among others.
Comfort was called to the Ghana Bar in 1998 and has attended several continuing legal education seminars on Dispute Resolution, Human Rights etc in Ghana and in the USA. She is currently practicing as a Barrister and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
She is a Christian and currently in Ministry with her husband, Reverend George Dokosi, the Head Pastor of Living Power International Ministries, Tesano Accra.
Paa Kwesi Dadzie, Director – Marketing & Logistics
Paa Kwesi, our Director of Marketing and Logistics, is also the Managing Director of Kwadnorl Investments (a real estate developer). Paa Kwesi is an experienced construction technician and quantity surveyor and brings to the Dream Team his vast experience in land brokerage and real estate development.
He is currently pursuing a degree in Economics at the Methodist University College.
William Kodzo Kumordzie, Director – Design & Construction
William is DreamSpace’s Director for Design and Construction as well as a Director of Asadar Enterprise limited, a land brokerage, concrete production, and property consultancy firm.
He has a wide experience as an architectural technician and has worked with Buildaf Company Limited (a real estate developer), as well as supervised the construction of numerous houses for all classes of clients, including individuals and families.
He brings to the Dream Team over eight years experience in real estate development.
